Twice in 1 week their system said they have an item in store but they cant find it. Its either the employee's lack of knowledge of parts or something else with this store.

Placed an order online for in-store pick at around 2:12 pm on 12/1924. I went to pick it up after i got off of work and the order wasnt even picked. the employee had to go get it for me.

If you visit this autozone, come with a lot of patience, because they always jump in line or only have two zoners. As a former employee, I have a bad taste in my mouth since I have never given that kind of bad service to a customer, third and Last time they ignored me for serving a boy who couldn't look for a light bulb by himself, when I just wanted to pay and was at the register to do so.

I usually go to this Autozone bc it's just blocks away from our house.
Always helpful. My only complaint would be when it's busy, someone in the back could come out & help. That's all.
Otherwise I like it.
