I was asking for a Brake Bleeder Kit. The staff didn't know anything and just ignored me, not wanting to ask other staff or even look it up. One of the staff started to give me attitude when I asked again. They were no help at all. Oreillys helped me within 5 minutes.

I had such a wonderful service & assistance with testing my car battery, purchasing a new one & having them install it all within less than 2 hours. The store was busy and it was awesome to see employees working together to help customers as quickly as they could. As a female, I was thrilled to see multiple female employees at this location.
