Store on Lee Trevino gave me the wrong ball joints. Didn't find out until I spent the day taking apart my front end.
Returned to the store and asked for some kind of store credit for the inconvenience of my time and money wasted. Was told no.
No worries, plenty of other auto parts stores in the area that I will give my business to and will give me the right part the first time.

Disappointed by the way the Mgr. acted , like I was a interruption the employee was new you could tell and he was nice , but I hate to see what becomes of him with that type of training...

Im sad I don’t remember the young man’s name that assisted me. I went in to buy breaks and he was very kind and very helpful. The prices were better than the competition down the street.

No customer service! Bought a battery, and Isaac said he’d put t it in, after waiting, he came out and said his shift ended and left! Then I went in again and they couldn’t find the battery, then an employee said he would put it in, but took other customers after me! Finally Ramon Garcares gets 5 ***** stars for saving the day!! He replaced my battery and apologized for the other employee.
