I've a customer for Autozone fir a long time. I went in today to buy some wipers for my vechile. I was very disappointed in the way the coworkers were among themselves.
The young lady helping me was very nice and very helpful there was a young man that was helping us out.
The young lady asked for some help but to my surprise was being ignored.
One of the man had a tag of some type of manager. I felt so uncomfortable like if I was ignored.
So disappointed. Neatly to say I apologize to the young lady thanked her so much for helping me me, but decided not purchase anything. I believe the young lady name is Jordan. I thanked for her time and professionalism.

Alfonso assisted me with replacing the passenger mirror on my vehicle. He was so helpful and installed the mirror for me. Another mechanic shop wanted to charge me almost one hundred dollars for the installation. Thank you so much for hiring knowledgeable and helpful staff!

It has become a frustrating experience knowing how efficient Autozone used to be. The Autozone Culture of Customer Service has dissolved over the years. There is no more “sense of urgency” in allocating parts or even helping out the customer. Autozone can do better!
