Bad customer service. Plenty of employees in store (talking in back) do not help every customer that walks through their doors, only as they feel like it. Only one employee was helping every customer. Others walked past me when Isiah helped them as I stood at terminal. Took 10min before i was assisted by another associate i flagged down before that associate walked passed me.

Becky makes all her team just a miserable as she is. I had my worker go get a battery replaced and she wouldn’t service them until I called into the store. After being placed on hold she came on the line and I approved the purchase. She still made the experience unpleasant. This attitude trickled down to her staff and they were uninviting and short with us. Autozone is a brand known for their positive atmosphere and helpful attitude which was sadly not displayed in this location due to poor attitude and management by Becky.

Went to this location 2 days ago and wanted to say that the manager Angel helped me out and he was very attentive. I don’t know much about cars and yet he was extremely patient. 10/10 experience, he deserves a raise !
