Tony is amazing! I went in not knowing what to grab to perform an oil change at home. He took the time to look up what I would need for my vehicle and grabbed everything. He has a plesent and professional demeanor. He expressed his passion for working with vehicles while staying on task with the transaction. He expressed how much he has learned working at autozone and that he is always happy to help. I never once felt stupid for not knowing something. 10/10 employee! Thank you!

Needed help finding a certain item and there were at least 5 employees there. When asked if I can get help they kept pointing at the isle and wouldnt help me even though they saw I couldnt find the item. It seems as if they dont like helping customers. I would ask different employees and they would say look here or there and get whats closest to it. Another asked another employee to help me which was pointless as I was treated the same. Would not recommend coming to this location. Sad customer service experience. Will not return. Autozone has definitely lost me as a customer.

This comment is for the employee by the name of Tony. Although our encounter was not at the store, I would like to recognize Tony for showing his work ethic even outside of work, representing your company very well. Tony happened to notice my car battery died in a parking lot of a local business, and did not hesitate to stop and help me, by identifying himself as a Auto Zone employee. He was very helpful and was able to give me a jump on my dead battery that allowed me to get home safely while looking for a replacement. I look forward to visiting the store now that I know Tony is someone i can count on for excellent service

long time shopper at AutoZone. but this one was bad. they didn't understand English, and my Spanish is minimal unfortunately. And they seemed very confused about Sylvania headlight bulbs. weird.
