The customer service from the older man with short graying hair and glasses was absolutely terrible. I asked About a product in the store and the differences between the brands other than price, and he told me to step out of line and go look at them. I guess He wasn’t knowable about the stores products. I asked If he could turn his computer so we could see the differences but he refused and pointed to the shelves as if that would answer my question. It genuinely would be wise for him to find another job as this field of work is obviously to difficult for him. Everyone one else was amazing but the old man with glasses and short greying hair needs to go.

This store is a hit or miss, I’ll start with who you’ll get the best service from. Castor - Very knowledgeable on everything especially classic cars and trucks. Fermin - Great all around Marine Vet great with Miatas. Rodrick excellent customer service for commercial and DIY and Army Vet.
Cons Jacob is very lazy or unmotivated and service is underwhelming. Denise, Great for commercial accounts, but if you’re a DIY customer she’s busy handling commercial.
Store manager.
Juan Soto, While he does have good customer service he has an attitude akin to drinking spoiled milk or eating rotten eggs.

The absolute worst auto zone in all of El Paso. Went to dispose of oil the fat guy at the counter didn't help at all. Just said dump it the back didn't show me where or anything. I also had questions about a car part, and fat dude just looked at me like why are bugging me, and didn't answer any of questions or even put any effort to try to help. I've been to other locations and they where all very helpful not this one tho this auto zone is trash.

Never take your battery here to recharge, they're lazy or liars.
Took my vehicle battery for a recharge, after 4 hours, they said it wasn't good, so I took it to Wal-Mart for a warranty exchange, they recharge it and so far my battery is still running.
I just wonder how many times I had bought a new battery, because of their lies.

Today, I visited to have my battery checked and, unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. Thankfully, Xavier P. assisted us with exceptional service. He was incredibly helpful and provided us with outstanding care. If you visit, be sure to ask for him; you won't be disappointed!

I was very unsure about what products would be the most efficient and cost effective for cleaning my car because there were so many options. RJ came up to me and asked if I needed help. He walked me back and forth explaining all of the different, towels, wipes, sprays, and he even came out to my car to look at a stain I need to remove and he helped me understand what needed to be done. He was very patient with all of my question. He was also polite and very knowledgeable and kind.
