BEWARE: Absolute worst bank! Very misleading funds availability policy, be careful depositing anything but cash! The teller will hand you a paper clearly stating when the funds will be available and hours later you will receive an email, delaying availability by at least a week or more. Once this happens, it’s too late, you can’t get the check back to go cash it elsewhere, you are basically screwed!!! This has happened to me now, on more than one occasion, with checks from local banks, funds available and no history of bounced checks. Bank of America will then return items presented to your account, during their inexplicable, unjust and unreasonably long hold of your funds!!! Do not use Bank of America!

Horrible service. They will have 10 people in line. 10 cars out in drive thru and only one or two tellers while 3 or 4 administrative people are just standing around chatting in the lobby. No sense of urgency. Gives a real true meaning of banker hours And lets not forget leading by example.

Terrible service. The teller was nice but not the branch manager! I complained to the manager about not being able to cash a simple savings bond because I did not have an picture id with 2 last names like I had it on my savings bond. Even though I had an Id (without a picture) with my 2 last names and a picture id with one last name. I went to another bank who I do not have an account with and they cashed my savings bonds on the spot. The BoA branch manager had no expression on his face and just said: "I'm glad you got it cashed". No apologies, no resolution, or anything. I will cancel my account.

Bank of America disappoints at this location. The lines are always long, the branch only has one to two tellers working at a time. The tellers are friendly, but the branch manager is not customer service oriented. Overall, this branch needs serious attention and a new leader.

Friendly associates but darn, always a huge line with mainly two working the main desk and window. Plenty others but for loans more their priority! All banks have lines but also more employees attending.

I recently went into my local branch to open up an additional savings account. I was your typical walk in, asked how long it would take, looked around for a secluded seating area, and fumbled around on my phone. Right off the bat, I noticed way more associates and branch managers walking around, actively helping people and directing them to the correct area so they could be helped. There are about 7-8 offices available and they were all busy with customers and associates, walking in and out, trying to help everyone efficiently and effectively. My waiting time was approximately 10 minutes, I waited exactly 9 and was escorted in by a very knowledgeable branch associate with 15 years experience with Bank of America. She quickly was able to locate my account, asked for my information, was extremely polite and friendly. She provided me with the answers to my questions, opened up my savings account, gave me her business card and escorted me out. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the services provided. I have been a Bank of America cardholder for about 4 years now and have always had pleasant encounters with branch associates. Keep in mind, there are limited associates per branch, and they can only do so much. I think with a little patience, and kindness, you can have an amazing experience and leave quite refreshed, knowing that Bank of America is there to help each and every one of their customers.

Had bad experience on deposit. The rep took all my checks for deposit and gave me the receipt. However, in a few days I received a letter from then saying they could not find one of the checks.

DO NOT EVER GET A MORTAGE FROM BANK OF AMERICA. If you have one now, refinance with another lender as soon as you can. I have been calling for a problem on my mortgage every week for 10 months and they still have not resolved my problem.
