Bath & Body Works is now located in the Sunland Park Shopping center, not at the mall. It is in the same strip as Sprout's, between Party City and At Home. This store is bigger and better. Customers report the best service ever, with staff described as cheery, helpful, and patient. Employees provide wonderful customer service, helping with gifts and walking customers through scents. The experience is easy and great. The location is convenient, a five-minute drive for some, and customers are greeted in a friendly way.

Staff is nice but the store is dirty. The glass doors have smears all over that you can tell they don’t get cleaned daily. The shopping totes are filthy. And I wish they would put away testers for refills if they have no inventory. I hate finding a fragrance I like and then not being able to buy it.

They have a quite extensive variety of everything the aromatherapy part of the store is the best!!!🔥
