Absolutely no customer service. No greeting. No assistance. Tall dude at the door just looking at people walking in, like why are you even in the front if you're not going to welcome customers.
For a bath and body works it had funky smell in the store. Store was a mess. Cashier was to busy chatting it up with with lady's and no concern for the long line. Clearly no understanding of customer especially when it busy. " keep it nice and short" and on to the next customer. Store was messy. Not a whole lot for the semi annual sale that literally just started.

The store has moved from the Mall. It is now located in Sun land Park Shopping center. It's in the same strip as Sprout's. I think next to Party City.

WOW, I went in today and got the best service EVER from Hope!! Went in for a birthday gift, she helped me wrap it up, got taken care of. She also helped me look for something with the candles. What a wonderful young lady, so cheery and helpful!! Made my visit today so easy!! I don't think I've had such a great experience in a LONG time anywhere!! You need to keep this young lady around. So happy with her customer service today, thank you again Hope!!! : )

When I went to bath & body works I told Justine What my vision was and that was to fill all of my bookshelves with the most inexpensive candle, because I wanted to buy a bunch that smelled like pine. And she walked me through nearly every scent in the shop and had the patience of a saint. I really appreciated her customer service and I will be back.
