I wouldn’t trust your money here this bank approved a check on my account that doesn’t even match my name. Didn’t even catch it, just approved it. And now it’s a hassle to even close the account, have had to go in multiple times and spent more than 2 hours on the phone and in the branch (worst fraud dept)

I went inside and crappy service. Long line and front desk just standing around. I called while in line and the phone was ringing and ringing while the 2 ladies were just chatting away. Tellers are great but management is horrible!

The wait time to talk to someone is horrible. This would be the second time I have to leave due to the same issue. First time waited an hour and this time waited 30 minutes. Look for another bank

New customer to this bank deposited my check last week and it went through the next day it was gone! I called and they said it’s on hold to be reviewed when I deposited in person! It’s been a WEEK! And I haven’t gotten my money back! I’ve been calling everyday and went to the bank in person and they kept promising me by the end of the day or the next day and STILL NOTHING! Horrible services DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK!

Poor customer service on Saturday. Scheduling an appointment is pointless when they only have one banker in the offices to help anyone who comes in to open an account or for any other matter.

No stars for this bank. They made me wait 1hr 1/2 . They didn't acknowledge me I sat there.for something that took less than 2 minutes. And the girl making excuses for them for being short staff. They should acknowledge people and explain what is going on. I was never treated like this ? and there were no other people there I could hear myself echo. While I was on the phone.Making a complaint.

Can you believe that PNC Bank does NOT have a coin counter? I was told to go to a Walmart for this service.

Staff was very helpful and understanding with my situation. Quickly resolved my issues and left me with me with piece of mind. Great to know my money is secure. Great bank!
