I bought a PlayStation 5 bundle on 13 January. (It’s the first of February) It was supposed to come with the new call of duty game. It was missing I called Best Buy. They told me to call PlayStation. It took them about two weeks to come back with me with an answer and they pretty much told me call Best Buy. I wasted all day contacting customer service. Person after person and they told me about their 15 day policy and pretty much told me there’s nothing that they could do For me. And told me there can be missing things in your box and that’s not our problem. Why would you sell me Parts before telling me. I could’ve got a PlayStation for much cheaper. That was pretty much false advertisement. I tried to contact the people that actually work at this Best Buy and they couldn’t even provide me a number so disappointed. Dumb??

You lost a lifetime customer with your new 14 day return policy. Although your staff was courteous and professional when I tried to return a defective Christmas gift on day 16. Not a good policy for early shoppers. I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future.

Did no could not would not fix or even take a look at my computers or printer. I was told to buy a new printer and after 4 hrs still could not install new printer. I returned the new printer and a kid iver the phone from HP installed my old printer free of charge. I pay a yearly fee for all my electronics. ??
