Very nice place! Rooms very clean. Breakfast was good. They had free freshmade cookies at the front desk every day. The personnel were very kind and helpful. I will certainly go there whenever El Paso.

This is our 2nd stay here.. The young lady in the front desk named Elizabeth was so nice & extra helpful with giving location to our rooms & when we had an issue with the WiFi she even came to our room to help us login .. I give her a 5 star rating .. Rooms are clean and roomy also ..!!

Everything was perfect! It was close enough to stores and restaurants, but quiet enough at night to get a good nights slumber. We had a truck and trailer slap full of stuff we were hauling and we felt safe enough in this location to where we weren’t stressed out about leaving it over night. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be back.

Hi, this is Yuwei Lee stayed in your hotel from 2/10~2/11, i was charged additional $50 for deposit from my credit card while I check-in. your staff told me this $50 will be refunded to my credit card by end of 2/11. Until now, i haven't received your refund for this $50. I also contact your service center but haven't received their response yet, I'm pissed why you guys charge this additional $50 and haven't provided any further feedback while it's delay for return. When CAN I GET this REFUND?

They ask for a deposit of $50 dollars per stay and they are supposed to return it to you when you check out... I have 8 days and the deposit has not been credited to me
I have spoken with the Best Western Sunland Park Hotel and they say that they have already returned it to you, which is a lie....it is a premeditated theft....I have checked with my bank and they have not received the credit......be careful...I don't know why they ask for a deposit...maybe it is bad management by the manager

The rooms are always nice and cozy. Even though, we like to get a room facing a busy street, we can't hear the traffic or any other noise. Beds are very comfortable.

I stay at this hotel for one night only. The room was extremely noisy with the traffic right in front of the hotel. It was hard to sleep at night and early in the morning it was even.
Front desk is unfriendly. Stain on my sheets. Bed not comfortable.
Very disappointing for a Best Western.
They hope that just the brand name would be enough!
Avoid at all cost.
