I've made recent calls, an appointment, and arrived at the location only for it to be closed every time. I called the customer service line and they said it should be open. Not sure what's currently going on with this branch location.

WORST OFFICE EVER*** update --- have called the support line 4 times in the last month. Still have not resolved the issues I had. No one knows who can help, no one provides feedback that is helpful, everything is "we will escalate and someone will call you" yet no one ever calls.

Sandra Vega is very knowledgeable in Tax Law. She guides the customer in the right direction as far as future tax implications. Provides insight in forward future expected earnings and the resulting tax implications of new revenue sources and streams of income.
