If you have three hours for an oil change, they do well. They paid for an Uber home after two hours waiting there and an Uber back to pick it up when they finished. The service advisor (Ana) was very kind, courteous, snd apologetic.

Bought A 2020 CPO M8 Competition with Jonathan Rodriguez and director Jorge Salas. Great experience. Beside minor stuff due to communication, everything was handled professionally for a sight unseen purchase. I was stranded on the road more than 2 hours from the dealership. BMW arranged for a tow and Alex was my service advisor. She was fantastic. Got the car in right away and ordered the needed parts. She also kept me abreast of what was happening and got the car back to me as soon as she could. I could not be more pleased.

People were very kind but unfortunately my service experience was not the best. Took my car in for an oil change and a wind leak noice that is driving me insane every-time i drive and got it back the next day but wind leak is still there, unfortunately it can only be heard while driving, I plan on taking it back but due to the fact that they never have a courtesy vehicle its very difficult to find an opportunity to take it back. I hope someone has a better experience with their service department.

This is my 1st time purchasing a vehicle at BMW of El Paso, TX and I am beyond thrilled with the whole experience. Our sales representative Manny was so detailed and made the deal happen. Armando the finance manager was understanding and made the process quick. And lastly David Castillo’s breakdown of the vehicle was outstanding. We left knowing every there was to know about the vehicle. Will definitely be returning for the next vehicle purchase.

Great customer service! Did not have a loaner but were able to provide Uber service to get us around the city during the service to my car. Received the car back washed and vacuumed. Thanks BMW and thank you Heidi!!

My most recent experience at BMW was horrendous. I dropped off my vehicle for a world class inspection. I was told I was going to get notified by a service advisor when my vechical was ready for pick up. That never happened. I had to call twice. On the second call I was hurried off the phone. Finally when I picked up my vehicle. Its was not washed it looked like someone just threw dirt on my vehicle and left it in the corner to collect dust , and bird feathers were also in my rims. My question is does BMW of El Paso have preference of customers they treat correctly or is it just a selective few that do not receive the full BMW customer service experience?

I was in El Paso for a family event and noticed unusual steering on my car Thursday morning. I called BMW- El Paso because I was going to travel back to Florida on Sunday -1700 miles. The asked me to bring the car in right away for an inspection and was given the all clear in less than an hour and a half including a complimentary car wash! Excellent Service. Thank you to our Service Advisor Kyle Clark and the team!

I am an out of state customer and Omar was great and not to pushy like most dealers. He is very straightforward and honest. Even getting a vehicle out of state feels risky but he took detailed pictures of all the flaws and provided the car fax to the notary. Stress less deal. He was patient with me getting the documents to him and a great communicator. A1 service :)
