My Mom got her phone here, and it has not worked for her since she brought it in for Servicing. A Sales Representative took her phone, deleted some stuff, and gave it back to her without any volume and the image disappears before she finishes dialing a phone number (screen time was reduced). I told her to take it back with a witness, and will be contacting the Police if they continue to abuse the Elderly, in the fashion that they don't understand technology, nor jargon about the usage and functions of a Cellphone. I told my Mom to take a Police Officer with her to get her phone back in working order as she may need it for an emergency, but cannot see the screen to dial 911. She is 92 years old. Treat her like she's 92 years old. Thank you!

Walked in at 4:50 already knowing what phone I was going to be purchasing, and the girl there told me they close at 5 midway through me telling her

We stopped by today and got such excellent customer service from Hector. He was amazing ! He helped us out with a new phone accessories and to transfer all new information on to the new phone! He has excellent customer service and very patient ! We will continue to come to this store ! It’s very clean ! And you find everything you need . They have a lot to choose from. A lot of cool accessories for very good prices ! Thank you Hector !
