Each time my cellphone gets a Boost upgrade, my cellphone doesn't function anymore; I cannot dial out; I don't receive calls; I can't use other applications either. But, it continues to get worse! I went to a Boost Store where I received my new service a few months ago; AND, the doors were Locked during business hours. I drove around to find another location after googling a location; and no one was there either as door was also locked and I knocked on their door, BUT, no one was there!
So, I went to Best Buy near I-10, and since I purchased the cellphone there, I honestly want to thank the young Gentleman who helped me contacting Boost via email through their laptop and he also found another location that was actually opened and we communicated with Boost through Best Buy's Laptap emailing back and forth since my cellphone was not allowing me to send text messages either; virtually all the applications were not functioning either after Boost does the "Upgrade" or whatever they do with their service every so often.
So, the good news is Best Buy service is beyond the customer's expectations.
I haven't had another problem with Boost yet, and I hope I do not. They had a new service person working at the Boost location where the doors were usually locked during business.
