Not very impressive.
Staff not friendly.
Didn't buy anything there.
I get better service, more attention that influences my purchases, and I buy more in Norman, Oklahoma.
Love the staff in Norman and practically know everyone by name .

If you are looking for boots this is the place to go! They have everything!! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, we easily found everything we were looking for. I was very impressed with the size so the store, they have every option of boot available in basically every size. I highly recommend coming here the next time you need some boots

I went today to EXCHANGE a shirt for a different size with a receipt. Worst customer service by two dudes who looked miserable! I walk in with exchange they barely look up to acknowledge me. I went to the bank looking for the shirt and no customer service. I had to go ask one of them and he just said it's over there. Now I know why I always go to STARR WESTERN AND CAVENDERS. NO MORE

Terrible service! Went to buy a hat and get it shaped but the machine wasn’t ready not a big deal I’ll come back later. Came back later after calling to make sure they were shaping hats and grabbed the hat I wanted. I tell the guy shaping what I was wanting and he says they don’t do the crowns then suggests I buy it there and get it shaped somewhere else. No thanks. Don’t say you shape hats if you can’t employ someone that can.

Went in to make a return for my husband, the date was well under 30 days, tags attached to the shirt, receipt and card both present. But in order to process the return they asked for my entire personal info…. Without giving them my personal info they would not process the return even if in the return policy they did not state that.This was a bad experience also ruined my very first impression of them. They asked me for my name, last name, phone number, email AND address.They said it was to keep up with my returns, I don’t think we want to continue shopping when they made me feel this uncomfortable making me give my personal information. I thought the return process would be fast and easy.

Went in to purchase a new straw hat for summer. Couldn’t get anyone to help me at the hat bar. The guy wearing an apron who I assumed was the hatter was busy talking to the other guy behind the register.Probably won’t shop here again there’s plenty of other western wear stores in town.

I brought them a 'destroyed' Stetson after a Stetson break-in and cleaning, and they fixed it for free. Very friendly people. They helped me learn how to take care of a Stetson. 10/10.
