Went to brake masters to have my shocks and suspension checked on my 2018 fusion. The staff was very thorough and was able to let me know that tires were the issue. All the staff was efficient and friendly. No diagnostic charge either. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend going there. 5 stars all the way.

I went in on Saturday November 14, I was helped by the manager Rafa.I had the best customer service and experience there. He was very helpful he went far and beyond and had a great personality and the maintenance staff there was phenomenal. Took my vehicle in for a simple break pad change. When my vehicle was returned to me I was driving and noticed my vehicle was suddenly shaking at 65-70 mph. Which is a problem I never had with my truck before I took it to brake masters. Instead of owning up to the mistake and resolving the issue they wanna try and charge me $500 to fix their own mistakes. Never will I return again and all future customers beware of these guys.

My experience was great. Their customer service was great. They made sure I was taken care of truck wise brakes and other repairs that I seemed to neglected. They dont have a shuttle but if they are able to drop you off some where to make your life easier, they definitely do so. Thank you guys

Took my car in the other day for a turbo replacement on a 2020 Chevy equinox and literally half the cost from what the dealer wanted and on top of that the dealer estimated wait time to having the car looked at and fixed was going to be anywhere from a month to 2 months but here at brake masters Rick and his team had my car done in 6 hours and most importantly for half the cost!! Rick and his team as well helped out with our family gokart and dismounted our old tires and mounted our new tires!! Thank you guys I appreciate it and will always bring my business here as well!!
And now our car is running better than ever!!🙏🏼

Went to Brake Masters because I had a huge coolant puddle under my car. Went to the nearest Brake Masters location which was on McRae. Rick and Rafa were very professional from the very beginning. They did a pressure test to see where the leak was. At the end, they diagnosed it as having too much coolant. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I would recommend this Brake Masters location.
