Couldn’t tell you the quality of part or customer service because I’ve received none. They pride themselves(per their site) on shipping within 24 hours with various email updates(according to them). I’m on day 7 with nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails for updates. I am now disputing the charge with PayPal, well because I can’t get a hold of someone with the company to cancel the order. I’d rather have the part. If I got an update saying it’s delayed or something, I’d be content. Over $400 spent with a company, you’d expect some communication. This is clearly a sign of how they do business. I’d avoid them if you want to save yourself the hassle. I’ll follow up with BBB upon completion of my dispute.

I do not recommend this company, they send broken parts. When you ask for a replacement, they say they do not have them, but you can still buy them on the website. The parts have no warranty.

Ordered a radiator it was not the correct part. Description said it was for a 01 to 02 chevy 2500hd with 8.1 motor it was not it's for a 6.0 with smaller oil and Trans cooler lines. I sent pictures and went threw all there steps. They said I could send it back at cost to me for a full refund which shipping on that would be alot and not worth it or they would refund me $25. The part was $165. They also kept saying it was the right part. This was all over email because they don't answer the phone either sat on hold for 10mins different times got hung up on everytime. If your looking for parts I would go anywhere but this company. As far as I can see in the reviews they sell quite a few parts that don't fit.

Accidental order from cell phone when I was looking up item description. I notified them via email within 5 secs. They wouldn’t cancel. I refused service via ups and turns out the parts don’t even come from them. It was from a 3 Ed party. Some shady business dealings here

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! I purchased a bumper guard from CA Auto Parts. I asked if the item, would fit my vehicle without impacting the front sensors. I was told via email from their customer support team that "According to our compatibility chart this item is compatible with your vehicle and should not interfere with any sensors." Item was lost in shipping by FedEx. Took several weeks for CA Auto Parts to verify package was lost when I was able to do it in less than an hour with FedEx. When the replacement package finally arrived, I had to wait a week to have it installed since I lost my original appointment slot due to the lost package. So I had it for 9 days before finding out that the bumper guard does indeed affect the front sensors. I had the installers carefully pack everything back up in the original packaging and shipping box so I could return the item. However CA Auto will not provide me an RMA # as the item "no longer qualifies for a return." So now I am stuck with a bumper guard that does not work with my vehicle that CA Auto Parts said would and they will not refund my money. BOOOOOO!!!!!!! The only reason they are getting 1 star is because I cannot post this review with zeros stars. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Order a set of wheel liners for a F-150. Waited 2 weeks and no shipping notice. I called and they said they were out of stock. So they would refund my money? I said I’ll wait. But NO they insisted on issuing a refund. They could not explain why I wasn’t notified or why they kept my money knowing they never had the product! Buyer beware!!!!

scam site. They claim parts are factory, but when trying to transfer logo from old grill to their grill it was not even close, so after spending 299 for their grill had to buy a logo from snother site for 95.00 to fit it. and all it was the most expensive one. Stay away and see their reviews all over the place its 2 star or less.

I ordered this product twice. The first time I ordered this it came broken. I returned the item and never received the refund until I badgered them into refunding me. I foolishly ordered the same product giving them the benefit of the doubt. I never revved the package, CA informed me it was my responsibility to file a claim with FedEx. FedEx informed me CA Auto Parts has to file the claim. Neither will take responsibility and there is nothing I can do. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never recommend this company, I will never purchase from this company.Update: this company is still two years later the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

I used to buy all of my engine rebuilding parts here because they sell Enginetech. However, on a certain occasion, they sold me a camshaft for a Chevy small block (350 ci) and the camshaft had 8 lobes that were completely round and weren't opening the valves. I had a reputable machine shop inspect and install the camshaft for me prior to this because it was also not going into the engine due to the fact that it was warped and they rectified it for me.Upon taking the camshaft back and requesting a warranty on the camshaft the kept giving me the runaround about why they couldn't warranty it for me despite only having bought it a week prior and never having even started the engine due to the fact that I couldn't even adjust the lifters. They kept saying that in their 40 years they've never seen anything like it. That they had to wait for enginetech to inspect it, that it was out of their hands (even though they actively stock this part as it is a high rotation item) and that surely I was the one who damaged the part, despite never having started the engine, having plenty of engine building experience and having a reputable machine shop inspect and install the part for me.Their parts are the cheapest in town, but if you have to warranty anything, they will make it impossible to do. It took me 3 months of arguing before they even gave me a new cam and I had to buy all of the gaskets, oil and coolant again because I had to tear apart the engine to replace this defective cam.

Terrible customer service. We looked at and paid for an item and as we were waiting for the items we got an email saying there was some kind of mistake and we had to pay another $100.00 for shipping when we already paid for shipping. We asked them to honor the price we were given at checkout but they refused. If we had known shipping was $150+ we wouldve looked at a different seller. Dont waste your money.
