I have brought my vehicles to Caliber Collision for the past several years. Every time I have been treated well and my vehicle has come out looking great. I have never had an issue with the work after leaving the shop. They have a great warranty on their work. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions.

Our service advisor, Isaac(Jose) Muñoz was very helpful. From when I dropped off the vehicle, completed the inspection, and received the vehicle when it was ready, Mr. Muñoz provided updates regularly on the repairs, completed the repairs in a timely fashion, and the vehicle was returned in impeccable manner.

I have been taking my vehicles to Caliber Collision for years--most recently today. They are responsive, knowledgeable, fast, and generous in their knowledge of car repair and maintenance. Specifically, ISAAC MUNOZ provided excellent service. He was on point as the estimate came in, and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle following my accident, and has been a great communciator and contact throughout the process. I highly recommend them, specifically ISAAC.

Fantastic place! Very friendly, and great repairs! My vehicle looks like new and they took all the stress of dealing with insurances away. I went for an estimate. They advised me of cost, and I filed my claim, dropped off my vehicle, and got a rental all during the same visit! Great staff and repairs!

If your insurance makes you get a quote these guys will hold it hostage so you can’t exercise your rights under your policy just FYI. It’s go with them or delay your claim for weeks by the time you figure out their game.

Took my work truck there late December of last year to get work done after an accident.
Drop off was smooth, but during the process was very poor.
Delays on delivering truck due to wrong parts being ordered. Wrong bumper, wrong decal.
2 weeks turned into 4 weeks.
Truck was delivered finally with new parts and still missing decal. Had to be calling back and circling around looking for delivery on that part.
The tow hitch mount was replaced, which I thought was great. Came to find out, cheap parts were used, causing the mount to come loose and crack. We almost lost the trailer on the road due to this issue. 2 bolts were holding the part together, instead of 6.
Spoke to management about warranty, and said caliber was not going to cover it. It took 1 week of “research” for a NO.
From this issue to poor customer service from desk receptionist with no professional service has been a head ache.
Will not be taking any vehicle there anymore, and will not be recommending this place.
Other body shops have told me clients say the same thing about this company, and I was one of them.
Clients, double check their work, check if the right parts were used and right bolts.
Unacceptable.
