Great customer service, especially with Victor Gallegos! Super friendly, and walked us through the process of getting an estimate. Was even nice enough to help me change the parking light that was out on my car. Would definitely recommend working with Victor for any car needs!

Their workmanship is top-notch. However, I had a bad experience this time. Make sure you get the cost of repairs in writing, so you won't have any surprises that will cost more out of pocket.

If I could I would give it no stars jo Anna was terrible they didn't fix the problems that the car had and she never communicated to tell me anything. She told me my car was done and then I get there and it wasn't so I had to sit and wait. Honestly a terrible experience and I'll have to pay someone else to correct the repairs. You should try to hire people that care and try to help

Awful experience! I was sent here by my insurance for damage repair and Jo Anna did not fully explain their process to me and let me leave with my vehicle when I wasn’t supposed to! She gave me no estimated cost of repair and sent nothing to my insurance about it. Apparently they don’t want any business, my insurance even stated that they should not have done what they did and it was very unprofessional of her
