My mother had a medical emergency while visiting El Paso. My sister and I came in from out of town and the staff here were so gracious and helpful. They directed my dad to the nearest urgent care and were very accommodating with all of our requests. They helped make a stressful time a little less stressful! Highly recommended!Rooms: Rooms were clean, the kitchenette was very convenient.

Polyester sheets ruined our night's sleep. Polyester sheets don't breathe and made it so hot. All I'm looking for is a good night's sleep and this hotel didn't provide it. Recent renovation of trendy gray walls, gray doors and gray drapes make the room look like a prison cell. Staff were very friendly and the location is quiet.

Candlewood Suites El Paso was a wonderful Home away from home during our travels. The hotel management and staff provided outstanding service to our family. The amenities helped us live comfortably, and the location is in good proximity to the wider El Paso area. Thank you very much for everything!

Stayed here as I was driving through the enormously wide state of TX. The rooms were all suites and my room was a nice studio suite setup. We had a kitchen, bad, and sitting area. They did not have breakfast but we found some good spots in town. The houskeepers were so friendly and did a great job cleaning our room. The front desk gave me a cool suggestion on a local Mexican restaurant. I noticed they were also pet friendly, which is great! The hotel is located near the freeway so there was easy on and off access. Prices were very reasonable, will be back again when in El Paso.

Absolute Garbage!!!! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this hotel and the IHG customer service that left me utterly disappointed. As a military family of five in the midst of a relocation, I made reservations through IHG with the assurance that our room would comfortably accommodate all of us. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the room fell short of this promise, lacking the additional bed that had been confirmed over the phone by IHG.In hopes of resolving the issue, I reached out to IHG on three separate occasions, each time being assured that the manager would promptly contact me to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no contact was made by the manager, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. To exacerbate matters, the customer service representative I spoke to later informed me that I would be unable to make any changes to the remaining part of my stay. This lack of flexibility only added to my dissatisfaction, as it left me with no option to find a suitable accommodation for my family. In summary, my experience with this hotel and IHG customer service was nothing short of a letdown. The discrepancy between the room I was promised and the one provided, combined with the lack of responsiveness from the hotel's management and the inflexibility of IHG's customer service, has left me deeply dissatisfied. As a military family constantly on the move, reliability and efficient assistance are of paramount importance, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of meeting those expectations. I sincerely hope that this review serves as feedback for the hotel and IHG to improve their services and prevent other guests from enduring similar disappointments in the future.

Rooms: 3/5. The hotel has been under renovation, so there's no lobby, no appliance closet and a ton of noise. The pans cause EVERYTHING to stick and are a royal pita to clean.Service: 5/5. Dinner is catered Monday and Thursday from Golden Coral. The room is cleaned every week. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.Location: 3/5. Its 8min from the Cassidy gate. However, there's not a lot to do on the North side of El Paso. East EP or West EP (on the other side of the mountain) is where you want to be if you're looking for things to do.Rooms: Extended stay was great. The hotel is undergoing renovations so additional appliances were not available but typically are.

The hotel attempted to put me in a twin room until I called IHG , and their mistake was corrected. The thing that tops it off is the manager emailed me calling me a liar about what I reserved and how, even though she was called after hours to resolve her mistake. At the end of the night, it took 1.5 hours to check in and get what's I reserved over three weeks in advance. This is the second time this property has pulled this on me in two years. Add all this to the late night construction going on in the lobby. Elma, the manager, needs to learn how to treat loyal IHG customers. Also, forget any IHG perks at this location.Rooms: Dirty room and dishes put in cabinets not cleaned.Safety: The side door is left open due to the card reader being broke. Homeless people gather cans at night.

Passing thru El Paso we stayed here a few weeks back. Quiet northern part of El Paso with good access to the mountain pass to continue our trip on to California but our bed was very firm. I woke the next morning with a sore back and stiff. Also, facilities were a little dated so only avg - to below avg for your
