So we pay the monthly membership price I expect to wash my vehicle whenever I want to as they stated but I went today and they were closed at 4:30 when it clearly states on the web page they close at 7 on Sunday! You need to update your times because it is not right to have us drive over there and not be open like it should be. We’re paying for this service and we can easily cancel it too!

Got a $10 wash. Apparently this does not remove mud from tires/wheel wells. I didn’t know this. I had to get the higher priced wash after a convo with the child assistant manager. Yes. I had to pay an extra $4 to run the truck again. Still didn’t get it all off. Drive to Tommy’s on Montwood. They even have free mat washing. Won’t be back.

First and last time I’ll come here. Staff was great manager handled everything with care but their policy is ridiculous. They have a policy of “We are not responsible of any damages”. Broke my side mirror, company did nothing just a report and I couldn’t even get at least a free car wash. Nope they took my money and left me with a broken mirror. Thanks ?

I had given you five stars before but now you want us to open the windows touch the keypad and decide whether or not to give your guys a tip nice way to spread more covid buddy! I don't know if this is good for your workers or not but I know it's good for the IRS because now they can tax your workers more. I might be leaving you soon because of this little Democratic move.

Disappointed with this wash. My car wasn't very dirty, but from the rain in recent weeks. I paid for thr "Best" wash. Felt like my car was getting beat up. After getting out, it didn't do a good job cleaning and there are marks on my hood, it would appear from the wash. Went to use the vacuum and it had little to now suction. I don't usually use this wash but it was close and I thought I'd try it. Won't be using again. Mister and Car Wash city do better and have excellent vacuums.Service: Auto detailing

wash was enjoyable and stress free, workers did pretty good drying it and vacuums worked a lot better than the Mister Car Wash I originally went to.I can't speak for other peoples experience, but my experience was very good.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Please do not go here, they cracked my windshield and stated they would not be responsable for it regardless if I proved it was damaged there. They were supposed to do an “investigation” and showed me a video that “my windshield was already cracked” when it’s clearly just light going into my car. I don’t understand how you pay for a service, have your car damaged and they’re not responsable? Please take your money elsewhere, I went here because I thought their prices were reasonable, came out with a 1000 expense. Will never be returning and you shouldn’t either

It's a regular car wash only thing is the bill changers are out of service sometimes but it's close by works for me.

it was okay. honestly everybody there is just doing there job and that's it. nobody goes up and talks to you even when i was paying they just cleaned the cars.
