Absolutely the worst experience ever since day 1. So hard to get a hold of. When it comes times to repair it’s just a waste of time they never show up. We have only been in this house for 1 year and the craftsmanship is horrible. Security panel installed not even being wired water floods the garage amongst other things.

I had an emergency this morning and called Julian ( Casas De Leon ) Julian and his staff were speedy, clarity, professional and went the extra mile to fix the problem I had at my new home. Do not recommend Casa de Leon everybody are as friendly and nice until you sign on the home then after that you on your own ac constantly messing up things that needed to be fixed have not been fixed yet it is such an headache. I was super excited to be a first time homebuyer but now I am regretting every moment of it.

Update to my last post, the technicians came out and finally fixed the air conditioning unit. They also explained the reasons of why it wasn't working. Although we didn't appreciate the initial response to the problem, thankfully they corrected the issue
