The process took all day, but customer service was great and we received a gift card for Black Friday. It was the weekend, so they had free food, coffee, snacks, music, and a massaging company showed up giving free massages. Our sales rep was Oliver, and he was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

All staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was very good. Would have given 5 stars but it took over 2 hours for an oil change. Our appointment was at 8am, we were checked in at 7:45 am and did not leave the dealership until 10 am. 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable.

The false rumors of excellent salesmanship is a bunch of hype! Some are only there to collect a paycheck, just for the fact they make excellent money through commission. My salesman Alfredo Velasco cannot take 5 seconds to answer my texts nor my phone calls. After giving him a perfect review of 100%, I haven't heard from him since. He told me what to write in the review to make himself look good. It's been 4months that I purchased my new vehicle and haven't received my tags (license plates). I need a parking sticker for the apartments in which I reside. Without registration I can't obtain a parking sticker.was towed and had to pay $265 to retrieve myvehicle and also missed 8 hours of work. He also didn't furnish me the picture of when after purchasing my vehicle!!!!

The service provided by Misael Vargas was more than I could have asked for. He updated me on everything while my car was being serviced. I explained my concerns and he informed me that they provide financing on the possible repairs that I might need (which I was not aware they did). At the end he explained everything and provided all the paperwork of what they did. I could not be anymore pleased with his communication and his professionalism. Thank you

Edit: We had a great experience at Charlie Clark Nissan El Paso, agent Luis Meza was very good at explaining all the details in paperwork and our selected car. Also, great price, oil changes and car wash.

It was such a great and easy experience. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted with smiles and "good morning". Oliver Ochoa came over to us and was so receptive and kind. We knew what we wanted and were so surprised at the variety of Kicks that were available. We test drove and the vehicle went so smoothly. We decided on a Blue Kicks and love all the features on it. It was fairly quick doing the paperwork, bit while waiting enjoyed the complimentary drinks and pastries. We will be referring Charlie Clark to our friends and family. Thank you so much Oliver for all your help and answering whatever questions we have had. We love our new Nissan Kicks!

Wasn't very happy yesterday when I sat for 2 and 1/2 hours and didn't have anything done on my car at all. Brought it back in today after they found a transmission leak for them to fix. Mr Lopez and David went above and beyond trying to make it better since I didn't have any work the day before. They changed my oil did my brakes and rotors and flushed my brake line got me a new key fob battery fixed the caliper that was broken takes the transmission problem and only charged me $600 gave me an employee discount since I waited the day before. That made it all better thank you so much for all the help and fixing my car and getting it back on the road

The staff went above and beyond expectations. It was very hard for me to say goodbye to my car, but Nissan had such a wonderful variety of options, it made letting go easier. It’s a real family feel :) I was there and so very impressed with service, the amount of staff helping. They made me feel so at home. Service Advisor, Christian G. was very customer focused. He consistently exhibited a friendly demeanor but remained professional at all times.He kept me updated frequently. I felt he respected my time and followed through with each step of the process. He is definetly an asset to the Charlie Clark organization!In addition, the salespeople (Danny Gonzalez and Alfredo ) that assisted me with my purchase six months ago came over to say Hello and asked if I was pleased with my car. I am very pleased with my 2023 Altima!

For being the first time here at this location. I loved the attentiveness from my service advisor. She addressed everything that needs to be done on my vehicle plus they did my car’s oil change as well, which was half the price of these other so called oil change places I used to go to. Stopped by yesterday to get oil change assisted by Alexis. He was extremely professional. Alexis throughly explained services recommended. I was immediately greeted upon entering driveway and service center (which is rare nowadays). I was offered complimentary breakfast! The staff inside waiting area are courteous, professional and friendly. The image of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the show room is magnificent. I appreciate doing business with a Company that prioritizes God, family, employees and country. My car was washed during the oil change and brought to me. Your organization is only as successful as your staff in this case you all are doing business the RIGHT WAY!!! Keep up the great work!!!Sent from my iPhone
