I went there trying to open an account and the Staff was so rude
They told me that I can’t open an account just because I told them I’m going to Juarez, Mexico on weekends, the person who speak to me said some comments about it was Illegal to open an account cause it was suspicious, also she said that I wasn't contributing to the country just because I didn't grow up in the United States
The manager was there, he didn’t say nothing about it

They dont have theft protection!!!. I was opening an account and i was in there more than an hour and when i asked about theft protection then he decided not to let me open an account!!! No wonder chase is offering a $225 bonus to get people to use their bank if they suck and might not do anything about theft !!!.

Do something about the lines at the ATM! Only one ATM! Why did you all close the branch on Montana and Piedras?! Now you have to go all the way to downtown or Alameda and they are either out of order or out of casho!! Open more ATMs!!!

The lady on the phone was very manipulative to my questions and answered what she wanted to answer, not the questions presented. She did everything in her power to turn me off on opening an account at Chase.

First time I visited that branch.There was just one person in front of me so I got attended really fast.Moises was the name of the guy that attended me.He's a great guy, really helpful and in a good mood. Made me feel really comfortable since I'm not really fluent in English.10 stars service.

On 3/16/2023, try to withdraw money from ATM located at 5760 Alameda Ave. It didn't dispense the money but my account was charged so I went inside the Chase bank they told me that it was frequent that the outside ATM wouldn't dispense money told me to call customer service because it wasn't a big deal. David from customer service told me my money was going to be available in 24 hours didn't get my money call again now Jaz told me that I have to wait until 3/30/2023. IF they know that ATM is not working why doesn't the bank do something about it, and why do they lie about getting your money back in 24 hours. Find this practice shady. Know I can't pay the money I owe because Chase has this ATM that keeps your money. Does any body know the legal way to get back my money if so please let my know

Poor customer services. They supposedly researched a transaction I had where I tried to withdraw from my account but the ATM was not working. They say I was refunded the money but there is no record that the money was returned to my account. Right now I am out hundreds and they have no explanation for why I am out that money. Their error but I pay the consequences. Do your banking elsewhere!
