Poor customer service. My wife and I opened checking accounts with a bank representative at this branch location. Based on mailers sent to the house, the bank was offering bonuses for opening new accounts. The bonuses were never posted to the account. On a subsequent visit to the bank, the bank representative was anything but friendly -- but said that they would follow with Chase Corporate. That was months ago and never heard back from Chase Bank. I would not recommend doing business with this bank location.

My bank teller was Gloria. I usually come into the bank to get some $10 bills to keep in my car for whenever I see homeless people.
I often only carry my credit card these days but the teller usually will have me type my social security to withdraw from my account. Gloria had me say my security out loud which I have never had to do before and is not appropriate for client security.
Lastly I asked for $200 in $10 bills and she didn’t even have the courtesy to put it in an envelope. Just handed me the stack like that!
Not the etiquette I would expect from Chase.

I make an appointment with ALMA REY at 2:30 pm. I arrived to the branch at 2:25 pm, I was waiting til 2:50 pm when an agent show up to help me, I explained that I have an appointment and I’ve been waiting for Alma 25 minutes. The agent talk with Alma and the respond from Alma was SHE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AT 3:00 Pm so you need to reschedule.. Really? My time worth it, and I was at my job, and just came there to my appointment. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALMA REY.

The actual bank and their employee are fine and helpful. The outdoors ATMs will infuriate you to a whole new level. Neither of the two are working. It’s been over a week. I’ve called and let the bank know.Here are suggestions FIX it because you know i need to get money out past your banking office hours?Put a sign up.Fix it.Fix it.Fix it……….

1 person working inside of the bank. I waited 45 minutes to make a transaction. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!
