I would put zero stars if i could i have tried opening an account online and it will not let me i even called another branch and they told me there is no reason why it shouldn’t be letting me i have called this chase bank and they NEVER answer the phone i cannot get ahold of anyone! Finally i tried again another day 7 times and on the 7th time they answered and told me to come in to the bank to open one because i don’t have time during the week and they take walk ins on a saturday so i come in at 1 o’clock and they told me that it will take too long to open an account and that they close at 2 didn’t know it takes an hour just to open an account they just were lazy and didn’t want to do it! i stay after at my job 2 hours after closing to help people and they can’t stay maybe an extra 15 minutes. Ridiculous! that’s why they have 2 and a half stars get it together!

My experience at this branch has been outstanding, unlike what the reviews suggested. I've gone there twice in the last month to withdraw cash, and the service was both speedy and efficient. The staff are attentive and personable. Once, I brought my young daughters, and the employees gave them candies, making them feel very welcome. I really appreciate these small, genuine gestures of hospitality.

I just had the worst experience ever trying to bank at Chase. I waited for what seemed to be an already angry chase manager/employee, giving attitude to a woman who seemed to be irritating this chase employee with her many questions.
This employee was outright vile with her rudeness to the woman she was supposed to be helping. I could clearly see how the employee was scaring and embarrassing the Chase customer.
When the Chase employee turned to help me, she did so with the same repulsive attitude she gave the poor woman before me.
This woman - chase employee, is disgusting and unprofessional and should not be working in customer service.
I’ve banked with Chase for many years, both in business and personal and have never experienced anything like this.
Beware of the nasty attitude awaiting behind those doors when you go to do your banking at this location.

Out of all the other banks on the Texas Hwy 20 strip in El Paso, this bank on is the only one that would work with me for my unique situation to help deposit a check. The Branch Manager Roberto Lujan was very professional and respectful towards my needs; went out of his way to make an exception and accommodate me. I highly recommend this location to anyone with unique business/personal banking needs.

This branch is by far the most unprofessional bank, I have ever entered. Their doors open before 9:00 a.m. as listed on website. Waited ten minutes before, female employee returned to her teller’s chair. There was another teller, that appeared to be physically frozen while assisting a customer. Never experienced anything like this before, the inefficiency is unbelievable. Named tags are not worn by employees. Chase bank should send a professional branch manager to correct the situation.

Horrible tellers
They get mad for everything

They always have a bad attitude. The people at the window in drive threw don’t have customer service and they get mad about you going 1 hour before they close. If they don’t like their job (which shows) then quit. Find something else for your nasty attitudes. The gm needs to get it together.

This is my go to bank on the Westside. They have been renovated the local bank with an updated modern look. Jaime Diamond has a great read on the market pulse with a data oriented approach. Look at at their CD deposit at 5 percent. Don't over stretch your credit cards and look at other asset classes for investments.

According to them, you cannot deposit into a business account in the drive-thru business lane. It's ridiculous. Don't ever stop in this bank. It sucks!
