We have been working with Chase for many years, we have more than 3 companies with you, never in more than 10 years has someone from the bank staff treated me as badly as Ms. Blanca Cashbox #16 did. Since I started depositing money with her, I felt like she was upset but I thought it was out of character and I didn't take it personally. However today, I waited a little longer than normal around 35 minutes for him to make 3 deposits. I had no problem waiting and I just wanted to ask if it was going to take longer and how much longer. Her response was aggressive, not only did she tell me that I had to wait because that was my turn, but because she was working “alone” it was better for me to go to another branch as she had told me on other occasions (something I don't remember telling me). would have said) she also told me that if I had any problems she would contact the manager because my deposits were a lot of work for her alone. After that, I checked that I had returned 4 dollars too much. She has been the only person in this branch who did not let me know that there was a difference in my deposit, I asked her to please deposit the difference of 4 dollars and without answering me she cut off the communication on the screen, she did not give me access to send again the remaining money and I had to ring again.She was no longer on the screen, it was now a very kind young man who helped me with my transaction. She had told me that she was always alone but someone else was able to take care of me so she wouldn't finish her work.She was rude, violent and told me not to return to that branch and that it was better for me to go to another one.I hope that the people in charge read my experience and that above all they train their staff to do a professional job and under the line of respect.

Why must I write the deposit slip when all the information is already given. This is why the line is so backed up. I’m addition this is when the business lines are closed. Not the best customer service. Will consider this time wasted in the next business account I open.

Visited this downtown branch this morning, the customer service provider took around 2 hours to open a checking account, no comments. People go there after making an appointment, and its possible they may other ones too after that.

So I take out the max from the ATM but I need more. I pull out of the ATM and park next to the drive thru to get online and transfer funds to another card. First I call to find out how much I really need. As I am on the phone, a red Mercedes pulls in and stops to interrupt my conversation. " you can't park here" There are lines for parking. Im on the phone and your interrupting my conversation. " This is private property, you can't park here!" I'm in the middle of transferring money so I can make a withdrawal. Thank you have a nice day. He then drove off. This was not the first time they told me I couldn't park but I was ready for them this time. Maybe because out of the four old cars that I rebuilt and maintain, this one needs paint badly. But that's not my problem. It's Chase banks problem that they hire insecure morons that can't communicate in a respectful manner.

Very convenient, even with all the downtown construction. Very rare that I have to spend more than 5 minutes at the drive up. Visit at least once per week. Highly recommend!

Waiting time is terrible been here for over 45 minutes waiting to get a new card this is ridiculous
