Less than impressed with this bank. I used their ATM to get money out for the month which only gives 20's then went in to get a few 100 dollars bills. They could only give me one 100 dollar bill because I didn't bank their. Are you serious? You're a bank that's literally your job. I can use the ATM and they can charge me but they can't exchange my money for bigger bills. The lady was nice that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but I won't be using their ATM ever again

Got torn and taped bills unbelievable now we will have to come to bank when it opens to get them replaced. What was the purpose of coming to atm then ?

Horrible customer service!!! I walked in with 15 mins until they close to open up a new checking account, only to be told that they will be closing at 6pm and to come back another day. I explained that due to my work schedule I would not be able to come in any sooner than 545pm but was hoping to get established with Chase Bank. The manager told me to come back another time due to them closing soon and that they couldn't help me unless I showed up sooner in the day.

Chase branches are very professional and friendly. Although, several of their TX's branches have gone nearly total automation(deduction of 1 point). The only two in the branch was a teller and one assistant). As we move toward more automation (and our continued loss of jobs) We need to be sure that the older population are not left out. Automation might be easy for the younger generation but can be overwhelming for certain age groups.
