I gotta say, Chase as a whole has secured a customer in me for life. I have never experienced a better all around experience with a bank that I have since joining Chase. Not long ago, my wife and I needed to make some important changes to our banking and financial profiles, so we headed to the bank. We checked in up front, and Iris was there to assist us just moments after we signed in. She started helping us with our concerns, and it wasn't long before all parties involved realized that my wife and I were going to need some additional documentation to proceed. Since it was fairly early in the work day, Iris told us to go and run the errands required to obtain these required documents, and if possible to return before the end of the business day and she would get us all straightened out. So we did. Several hours later, the proper documents in hand, we return to this chase location. We did not even have to sign back in. Iris saw us walk in the door, came over to greet us, and told us that because we were in earlier in the day that we were going to be a priority. She immediately got us situated again and back working on our issues. Thanks to Iris, she turned what could have been an extremely frustrating and stressful day into an easy one. If you have changes to make, or issues to address, go and see Iris. Hands down the best banking customer servcie I have ever received. Another situation regarding Chase that I think positively represents their dedication to their customer is a problem I encountered with their ATM's. One day i rolled up into the drive thru to use their ATM. The first attempt at a withdrawal transaction was messed up because at the very end, the machine said it was unable to dispense cash at the moment. So i pulled around to the second drive thru ATM they have. I ran a transaction history request to make sure the first ATM didn't charge me anyway, and when I was satisfied with the results, I proceeded to pull out the money. A few days go by, I notice that I was charged twice for the amount I withdrew from the ATM. So i headed into this branch to dispute it. The tellers were really nice, and after I handed them the receipts from the ATM's early in the week, they opened up a claim for the disputed amount, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They opened up the claim, and let the proper department handle the "investigation". Needless to say, by the end of the day my account was credited for the disputed amount. Very painless. I used to bank with another local bank, and it seemed I was constantly having fraud issues and the like (*cough* Firstlight *cough*).. I am SOO glad that I made the switch to Chase. They have earned a customer for life.
