This is by far the worse bank experience I’ve ever had. I opened my account online and everything was fine until I received my first direct deposit. Chase froze my account and asked me go in person to provide ID because it was an identity issue. I went during my lunch time, provided my ID and they said they couldn’t lift the restriction and that my account was already in the process of closing. I had just received the notice of restriction 2 hours earlier. I couldn’t get my money out as it was on hold. The manager gave me a “what do you want me to do” attitude. So done with this bank.

I would give minus stars if it allowed. Set up acount online, a couple days letter get an email saying acvount was restricted! I called number and the lady was unable to verify. She said to go in person to a branch. The closest branch to me is 1 hour and a half away! I drive to it and was told they couldn't take my temporary ID. It takes 45 days for MVD to mail to me. They were so unhelpful!!!!

I came in to change my last name on my account the lady in the first cubicle said she couldn’t help me because she was going to lunch soon. I stated I’d probably have to change banks because every time I have come in to change this No one ever has time the lady said OKAY and walked away !! What a joke. I’m currently looking for a better bank

This branch is ridiculous. I got charged for a transaction wrongly, and I was doing my claim here and they said that in order to make a claim I have to pay 31 $ or otherwise, ask to replace my card. Chase was good in California but here it sucks. 0 stars.

Never bank with Chase! I opened a business account and Chase kept blocking my outgoing payments for no reason, so I canceled the account after only one week. Now I come to this branch in El Paso to close my personal checking account and Chase is sending a PAPER check to my home in FLORIDA while Im on my way to California. The manager at this branch is completely useless, didn't try to resolve the issue at all. I was a customer with Chase for 10 years and this is how they treat me. Don't bank with them if you know what's good for you. So disappointing and maddening.

We were waiting our turn to be attended by a banker. A white family came by and they let them cut in front of us not caring of our wait time. We felt discriminated and an act of racism. Once the manger saw us leaving then she wanted us to seat with the same banker. I just told them “I prefer to stay in WellsFargo”.

I usually go to this bank location, l asked the name of the teller which was Cecil or Cecilia, most of the time l am lucky that she is the one provided me with customer service, she is very polite and professional.
