Never bank with Chase! I opened a business account and Chase kept blocking my outgoing payments for no reason, so I canceled the account after only one week. Now I come to this branch in El Paso to close my personal checking account and Chase is sending a PAPER check to my home in FLORIDA while Im on my way to California. The manager at this branch is completely useless, didn't try to resolve the issue at all. I was a customer with Chase for 10 years and this is how they treat me. Don't bank with them if you know what's good for you. So disappointing and maddening.

We were waiting our turn to be attended by a banker. A white family came by and they let them cut in front of us not caring of our wait time. We felt discriminated and an act of racism. Once the manger saw us leaving then she wanted us to seat with the same banker. I just told them “I prefer to stay in WellsFargo”.

I usually go to this bank location, l asked the name of the teller which was Cecil or Cecilia, most of the time l am lucky that she is the one provided me with customer service, she is very polite and professional.

Zero stars please. Bank teller was extremely rude acting like it’s the only branch in the desert. Pay the tellers more so they can be helpful or provide them with customer service skills. Thank you. I’m going to Wells Fargo.

Very poor service and Daniel Calderon was very rude I asked to cash my check and she told me she could only deposit because amount on my account was not enough but never mentioned I could get 200 part of it untill I asked she had an ugly face the whole time or maybe that's just how she looks not sure

Went there for a simple wire transfer and they had me waiting for more than an hour, spoke to the lady in front if she could process it for me (they usually help me with wire transfer) but she said that she won’t do it right now because they only do it as a “courtesy”. I have to wait for the manager. Well in fact, my business account is being charged $90 bucks a month for this service

Less than impressed with this bank. I used their ATM to get money out for the month which only gives 20's then went in to get a few 100 dollars bills. They could only give me one 100 dollar bill because I didn't bank their. Are you serious? You're a bank that's literally your job. I can use the ATM and they can charge me but they can't exchange my money for bigger bills. The lady was nice that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 but I won't be using their ATM ever again

This is my 2nd encounter with the same teller. Both were very bad experiences. On January 14th at 3:47PM I tried making a cash and check deposit for my businesses. One of the checks had a DBA and was I told repeatedly by the teller the check could not be deposited because it did not match the bank account. I tried explaining to the teller it was a “DBA” and the assumed name certificate was provided to Chase. After a few minutes of back and forth I figured she had no knowledge and was incompetent with business transactions. I asked for the branch manager. The branch manager resolved the issue and found the assumed name to be valid. Once the deposits were completed the teller gave me the receipt, ID but not my debit card. I asked for me debit card and she repeatedly told me I didn’t give her a debit card. I was frustrated so I decided to record her. After a few minutes asking for my debit card she finally gave it back to me and said “It was on the ground.” Someone please re train her and fix her attitude. One of the worst experience I have ever had at a bank! I couldn’t even imagine how the long line of cars were feeling waiting over 30 minutes for a transaction.
