Terrible. Teller lied about Apple Pay not working on ANY of their machines. Don’t work, when the previous customer used it? Unwilling to help, would rate 0 stars if I could!!

Had a terrible experience with Asia Espinoza. She was very short and intractable which made me very uncomfortable to where I needed to withdraw myself from our meeting. I then reached out to my banker in Austin, Tx to confirm the information she shared with me which he stated was false, apologized on her behalf and suggested I try a different chase. Business banking is obviously not her forte and I would strongly suggest requesting a different banker or just avoiding this chase bank for any business needs.

Wasn’t happy with the service the first time, my wife and I went there to pay off her credit card with a check that my bank gave me. My wife also had me on her account, the younger lady with blonde highlight talked down to my wife and was very stand-offish.She didn’t know how to look up my name and sent us away saying she wouldn’t accept that Check. My wife called the customer service on the parking lot to confirm that I was on the account.We went back in and another lady with red hair helped us out and was very professional, she was able to find my name on the account and accepted the check within 3 mins.The younger lady kept questioning and seemed like she was trying to stop us from making that payment because my name was on the check.Not to mention the manager also called making it seem like the younger lady with blonde highlights would never do that. Defending her actions because she was new.If you have cameras please go over them.

Asia Espinoza was such a bubbly, funny and energetic banker. I’d highly recommend her. She treated me like an individual and catered my visit to address my needs. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit.

Me and my fiance came in to open up a checking account and to start a savings account for our son. We dealt with the bank manager Quinton Brown and he was absolutely phenomenal and informational throughout the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process easy and throughly enjoyable. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Rude an unhelpful. Been trying to reach chase amazon card for a few weeks. Impossible. Phone system disconnects, my online account wasn't working and no tech support. This branch refused to help connect me, another branch helped immediately.

Waited almost an hour because we our pin never came in the mail and can only be reset at a branch. Only one person available to help and we were the first ones waiting. Ended up giving up and we are looking at new online banking options.

I waited an hour--- Terrie returned from lunch with zero energy to answer questions and to even have a smile. She appeared to be in a bad mood. Assumed all my information was correct and asked me to go home and update the information. Customer service skills were extremely poor. I regretted waiting an hour to receive such poor treatment.
