They are slow not helpfull at all. Only want you to ooen and keep your money in there. The hours are ridiculous. 95% of People work 8 to 5 and chase bank operates same hours. These bankers need to atleast have hours where we can come in without jeopardizing your job because they screwed up orbank account

Poor quality of cashier service. Need to attain a better command of the English language to deal with public. This is one of the worse branch's of Chase I've ever been in. Too bad because Chase/JPMorgan is a great bank. It appears that interfacing with the pulpit is deteriorating and becoming an issue everywhere.

Horrible bank.. the reason crypto is the future…
lady that took my payment thought I was selling drugs. She said it’s highly suspicious I come to make payment on my credit card within 2 weeks apart. Then I get a letter from the bank saying they are closing all my accounts within 2 weeks. I have never had to over the last 5 years dealing with chase.

Due to this particular location and consistent issues with changing my pin,, I’m switching. This place makes all Chase banks look bad. There was a security breach from the inside and ever since, my card pin can’t get right which restricts me from certain stores that require a pin. Employees are unhelpful switching to a Bank of America…. I remember an employee being very helpful about starting my business and I only left cause I was a broke student and moved. When I traveled to the East US, no chase banks, but B of A was there, turns out they’re all over and it’s an international bank.The Bankers here are not helpful, possibly even hurtful. What’s wrong with the NE location?

i have 2 accounts my personal and business.i take a payment for one of my clients, on the tool for business (wepay by J.P. morgan) they cancel the service i send and email to ask what i do wrong the said they can't tell me details... goin with bank of america now... LIVING THIS BANK SOON.
