I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Chase. I work closely with Myra Hallberg to coordinate stays for my company, and she is truly exceptional. She’s always quick to reply to my messages no matter the time and goes above and beyond to help. The staff is also so welcoming and kind to our 40+ employees staying here and have made this our go to hotel for any future lodging.

Changeing my review....
Other than the hiccup of the front desk not being able to find my first reservation... I only stayed a night for buisness but would definitely stay here again. Everything was great, other than the breakfast, but they did give alot of other options which was nice. Room was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms were okay and area wasn't too loud. Fairly clean and nice space to spread out to clean up after a few days in the desert. Unable to get onto the WiFi and breakfast was lackluster. They could invest in one or two more waffle makers.

My husband and I stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel while we were in El Paso, and it was a lovely stay. We had stopped here before on a previous visit and so were looking forward to returning.
Our room was really spacious (a studio suite with two full beds) and had all the accoutrements (including a fully equipped kitchen), with a wide bar and seating to separate the kitchen and living areas. The furniture was new and attractive, and the beds were comfortable. (Note: if you’re used to sleeping in a queen-size bed as a couple, you may prefer each occupying a full-size bed, as they are definitely smaller.) Everything was clean and neat and very welcoming. The cost of our room was very reasonable, even including the pet fee for our cat.
Every single person on staff was extremely friendly, especially Sal in the breakfast area (5-star service!). The free hot breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start our day. We do wish the breakfast area could institute sustainable practices in the form of reusable cups, dishes and silverware. Every room has a recycling container as well as a trash can under the sink, so the management is aware of sustainability needs.
The layout of the buildings is peaceful and calming, and reminiscent of a small apartment complex. The landscaping is xeriscape and attractive. Despite its location (right off Montana and Airway), the area is very quiet and safe.
We did encounter a few small issues: a loose outlet at the bar; low water pressure and a faulty diverter in the shower; lack of handy information about the property (e.g., location of the gym, line-up of TV stations); occasional difficulty reaching the front desk by phone; and no lighting at the desk where one might choose to work. But these were just small issues and certainly did not pose any problems.
Again, we had a delightful stay at the Chase Suite Hotel, and we look forward to another visit the next time we are in El Paso!

We stayed at the Chase Suite Hotel some years ago and had a lovely visit, so we're planning to stay there again during our road trip this fall. I just booked the reservation, and have to say what a GREAT experience I had talking with Nara at the front desk! I had called earlier with questions about the pet policy (many thanks to Benjamin for being so helpful!), and called back to ask further questions about the property's amenities and specifics for booking. Nara was friendly and hospitable, and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. I felt so reassured that I booked the reservation on the spot! The hotel's website is informative, but when I had more specific, follow-on questions, it was really helpful to speak with a member of the staff. And Nara went over and above to ensure that all my questions were answered and all the details for our room and reservation were clear. MANY thanks to Chase for having such exemplary folks working there! I appreciate Nara and Benjamin, and am really looking forward to our stay at Chase Suite Hotel!

Booked a room here and pre paid through PayPal. Once I arrived the front desk would not accept my credit card for incidentals so I was unable to stay. It’s been about three weeks and the manager is not cooperating with the refund process. When I called I was told the manager would not process my refund and that it was up to their discretion; the answer was “No.” Horrible customer service for a hotel and unacceptable behavior by the manager who chose not to take my calls.

We were very disappointed with our stay. From day-one when we checked in, no A/C in room for that night. Slept in 86+ temperature no resolution offered.
Day 3 no power in master bedroom. Called front desk @ 545pm and factify showed up 655pm. Upon check out nothing was mentioned and no call backs to address any of problems.

Nicest hotel. Great value for the cost. Staff were friendly at check in. A gym & 2 outdoor pools. Chilly in the water in October but that didn't stop my kid. Continental breakfast and free mid-afternoon snacks. We were only there 1 night but mostly extended stay guests. Lots of stray cats, felt bad for them. Beautiful trees/landscaping. Our room was so nice. I don't think anyone had stayed for awhile or water had been off as I had to run the loft sink and shower for 30 seconds to get brown water gone but then it was fine. Highly recommend. We flew in to El Paso on our way to White Sands National Park and I was so impressed by the city, lots of diversity and felt welcomed. Hotel recommends you lock your car doors and said they have security but I never felt unsafe. Also lots of military personnel staying at the hotel.

I will recommended this hotel to many other truck drivers that are in town for a few days it's just like renting an apartment for a day or two just to get off the road most truck drivers sleep in the truck and it's nice to have a bed in the kitchen

I stayed in a 1-bedroom king bedroom and really liked the firm bed and bedroom. Overall, I was pleased, and I viewed the Hawthorn Extended stay 1 bedroom Suite and Chase is better. Neighborhood is safe as there are mostly travelers like me being the area is next to the airport and there are 6-8 hotels within a short walk. Kitchen has basic pots, pans, utensils and a nice breakfast bar. Well-lit sink and bathroom and kitchen. Living room is dark with shades closed for A/C. Ceiling has water spots, but my room had 8.5' ceilings in most rooms. A/C works very well, but shower and toilet room are small. I like the curved shower rod as it makes the shower comfortable. The popcorn ceilings make the room look dated but the fixtures and kitchen while not super modern are pretty good with a lot of stainless and full size everything. Work out room is decent and access to onsite laundry. Adult pool was nice, and the outdoor grills are gas so just buy steaks and seasoning because you don't need charcoal and lighter fluid. I would stay again especially is staying 7 days or longer or if staying with family.
