Leaving this review is for my wife. She went in to shop at the store on Mesa with weekend clothes and she was ignored and never asked for help. So if you look like you can’t buy, don’t expect to get help there. They do help when she’s in her work clothes. Shes very disappointed with the staff there.

I was next door the day it happened. My wife went inside that day with workouts clothes. So yeah she went inside looking like she didn’t have money and she’s Hispanic so yeah the staff stereotyped her as her not having money. Of course when she goes after work, she’s treated differently.
She may still buy the brand but doesn’t sound like she will ever go back.

Every time I’m in this store I encounter courteous sales people and a mostly fully stocked store. My only complaint is that they are frequently sold out of my size. (1)

Our day wasn't going so well so we thought doing some shopping might help cleans the soul. We never thought that we would be greeted by such helpfulness and kindness from the staff and especially Mrs. Pat. Her attentiveness and attitude helped us feel truly welcome and completely made our day! : )

I have been shopping at Chico's for many years. At first it was for a working wardrobe, but after retiring, it's been for travel/leisure attire. And this year I have introduced my two teen granddaughters to Chico's. Both were very pleased with their purchases. Chico's has good quality clothing, fashionable, moderately priced, fabulous promotions and a great sales staff. Ms Pat has been my consultant for at least 15 years; I value her expertise, and her friendliness.

Over rated, over expensive, snooty staff that followed you around and won't let you browse. I did find a lovely dress so I have it two stars for the quality of that dress but the shopping experience was not fun. I had heard in an interview with Michael Phelps mother that they specialize in clothing for older women so I went there. Info was wrong. It's not.
