We literally drove the car from Albuquerque New Mexico to have Sammy work on it. An old 2007 Honda that had an electrical issue. Solved without any issues. I’m about to take my Kia Rio to Sammy for some TLC. We’ve been doing business with Sammy for over 10 years. Yeah, we might not like it when the issue can’t be solved or it costs more, but sometimes that happens. The few negative reviews I saw do not mention a resolution anywhere else, just the complaint. I find that curious.

Sam is always professional and reasonable. I dont understand all the negative reviews. I bring my vehicles here whenever they need work. Never any issues. Sam is trustworthy :)

Absolutely amazing attitude and friendly customer service. Great work a little expensive but sam guarantees his work. I just had a condenser replacement and he did the proper process to fix the issues at hand. Show some love to those technicians guys they are freaking awesome

This is by far the worst mechanic place in EL Paso. This guy likes to rip people off and then he will run away from the shop and let his secretary deal with the hassle. I took my car there and after negotiating $1k for parts and labor, he turned around and charged $990 for labor after realizing nothing was actually wrong with my part. He called me that my car was ready and upon getting to the shop, he had already left. When I asked of him cuz I refused to pay $990 for labor, I was told he won't be back until a week afterwards. I called him severally and he kept sending my calls to voicemails. Even when it clearly says they accept discover, master card, visa, etc. When I tried paying with my visa, they said I can only pay in cash. I had to call the police for our issue to be resolved. I think the entire time, he was trying to keep my car to himself.

This place is horrible I brought 3 different cars to this man and spent over 5000k on parts and labor and had to repeatedly bring my vehicles back do not waste your time or money here this man is alll lies and he know how to sell you a story about your vehicle problems the man of this place his name is Sam mean and not trustworthy!!!!! Believe me!!! I’m trying to save y’all from danger zone!!!!
