Cinemark West is always a great experience! We usually prefer coming here over Flix Brewhouse because the seats are much more comfortable and the food is more reasonably priced. The theater is clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s overall a comfortable place to watch a movie without breaking the bank. Definitely our go-to spot for movies in El Paso.

great service, clean theaters, and kind staff! my one glaring complaint is that is have seen 3 different movies in theater 1 and the speakers are CRAZY loud. Do i choose to see loud movies? yeah, sure. But after watching Superman, Nosferatu earlier this year, and PARTICULARLY 4 hours of Demon Slayer: infinity castle, i’ve come out of the theater with ringing ears and a headache. I’ve chosen seats in different areas of that particular theater too and its just always unpleasantly loud. I love coming here but i like my hearing too :(

We wanted to watch The Conjuring today, but this theater’s rules make no sense. My 21-year-old brother showed his ID, which should’ve been enough since minors are allowed in with someone over 21. Instead, the employee demanded IDs from all of us, including my 11-year-old sister, which is ridiculous. Obviously she’s under 17, so what’s the point? It felt like they were just making up rules and wasting our time. Super frustrating and disappointing experience!

More security guards then customer service. Waited over 15 minutes to get a drink. The movie started 25 minutes after the posted time and there were commercials after that! There was also a large distracting hole or stain in the middle of the screen! I've been severely disappointed every time I've gone,which is slacking because of past si.ilar experiences. I only go know when Flix or Alamo don't have the movie i want but I'm considering driving to the NE next time!

Came for a 5:25 Superman movie and when 5:45 rolled around nothing was playing yet. I called the theatre from inside and told the lady and she said “well there’s 25 minutes of previews” and I told her nothing at all had started playing. We then had to watch ALL of the pre-preview commercials and then the previews before the movie 😒 One of the commercials was played SEVEN times. The actual movie previews didn’t start until 6:03. Update: once we left the movie they gave us rain check passes so that made the experience much better. We didn’t get out of the movies until after 8:20 which was definitely unexpected but they did what they could to make it right so I put a 3 star instead of my original rating.

Service great, availability great, concessions great but dont go into the bathrooms because they are always so dirty. Not complaining much about the theaters cleanliness as I am about the people that leave them dirty.

When I had the chance to come and see a movie, the cashiers are very nice and attentive today I came to watch weapons and I buy a ice sleerpe or frozen drinks, the cashier was very attentive and were another male and female employee well I don't know why she grave my cup and shake it down for no reason and she didn't even wash her hands, last time another female employee grave my drink and grave it from the lid area instead of the bottom and she was counting money and didn't wash her hands neither, if is going on its okay still give me a reason for me to report this incidents obviously these employees do not know nothing about cleanless.

The employee made me walk back to my car because I was carrying an empty water bottle that I always fill up with the water fountains there. I've never had a problem with my bottle before.With hands full of concessions I had to walk all the way back to my car. Kinda silly
