Stopped by to purchase lottery tickets and the cashier was so unpleasant not just with me but with a female soldier who needed to get checked out, the cashier girl was too busy on her phone. I have encountered so many unpleasant employees at this store and other Circle K not sure why employees are not happy working their.

New Management is great old Management was just horrible store was always dirty and nasty never stocked now that new management has taken over everything is stocked and store and soda machines look way cleaner

This circle k seems to have gone downhill the past few months....soda machine was always broken, last time I went only 1 flavor of slush worked (also the flavor options are boring, some should get switched out), sucks when the hot food items are time limited, there are rarely ever napkins stocked, and I kinda dont trust the employees....they push self checkout, which I would gladly opt for if it wasnt so inaccurate with needing to visually see the items.... I once had a napkin to prevent my hashbrown from touching the counter when being scanned and the cashier took it which disgusted me, also why bother requiring self checkouts if the cashier hovers over you? The whole point is to NOT need a cashier! I understand theft but either have proper self checkouts or dont

I love this store but I'm upset the soda machines have been broken for over a month. When are they gonna get fixed? Who knows. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a gas station if it's not the sodafone machine that's out they're my driver's license expired and because I need ocular surgery I can't just go to the DMV quite yet but I'm obviously 44 years old I'm retired veteran and I've been shopping there for over 8 years and they are just not everyone else seems to be able to buy cigarettes but they seem to ostracize me not quite sure what I'm going to do about that what the correct action is the district manager advised me to get a corporate and file a complaint or to start a group complain and submit that to the district manager

This place has gone down the drain. It used to be so clean and well stocked and now it’s extremely filthy and never have stock on most of their sodas and cups. Management and higher ups need to do better.

This store has went so downhill since Troy left - this use to be one of the cleanest stores and had such friendly employees - not anymore. It is so disgusting & unstocked. These employees are the laziest I’ve ever seen - drink spilt all over the floor and splattered all over the cups & machine. Drink spilt all over the counters - no lids, no straws, no napkins! AND ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS!
Honestly it’s plain nasty and doesn’t make you want to purchase anything. The level of filt is disgraceful! Do better Circle K!

This store always hire employee with bad attitude, rude, never want to help at the register. They want you to use the self check-out then they have attitude if they have to help you. The music is very loud with inappropriate language and I go to this store with my kids. I would rather use 7-11/DK.

Well, where to begin… first and foremost, the quality of the store has gone down the tubes. This is especially since Troy, the previous store mngr left. The female manager after that did not seem to keep morale up with the employees she adopted. But one thing is for sure, the place has been a mess bc of the customers that visit the store. People throwing trash on the floor whether it be in the restroom or around the rest of the store. Do better customers, it’s not just the workers. They are not there to be cleaning after you while you consistently make a mess and then have the audacity to complain about it. On another note, it seems to doing a tad bit better with this newer mngr. All in all, everyone needs to work together to keep the place clean and stocked, from customer to employees to upper mngr.

I Have been going here for years and never worked here. Every time stuff starts running correctly the upper management changes the personel. The operational issues with this store is the direct fault of the upper management, that dont work there. The soda mechines are always down, the employees are never there more that 3 months, and the fuel tanks get contaminated with water when it rains. The staff is profesional and friendly.

So I don't where to start, but besides saying this is the worst gas station I have ever been to. This location is always busy but unfortunately they are always understaffed. It's either that or laziness. Either way I encourage everyone to stop wasting their time and cancel this garbage, sorry excuse for a brick and mortar business. There's too much competition out there to be wasting your valuable time

The worst. Just go down the street to the 7/11 or next circle k. No hot food prepared for lunch. I asked the girl working the food area about the no hotdogs and she just put her head in her hands like a toddler and ignored me. Got to the register and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to come ring me up. Food girl eventually came over after waiting. She did the whole transaction with food service gloves on. Touching all over the register and then went back to preparing food after without changing gloves. Brought all this up to the new lady manager and she rudely responded that it's not her problem and I should just go to a different convenience store. So I will be until they get new workers again like they do every 6 months and we see how they do.
