We'll this CircleK was a very Big Disappointment today with customer service. Not only was the associate on his phone watching videos on company time. My purchase on the register was denied and told me that he was not going to open a sale since the self-checkout was available. My understanding was that alcohol could not be purchased on self-checking and I also had a lotto ticket to cash in. It was 2 pm and the worst associate I have experienced looked like he was on something or just didn't want to go out of his way for a customer. So I took my business across the street to 5he Murphy station. Management needs to pay attention to the service of their employees.

These people working on this location are very disrespectful, and incompetent. Isaac and other young lady with black hair were very rude. Please Avoid this location if you don’t want to have a really bad experience. I will report them.

Every time I come here there’s something broken the registers the fridges or pumps are out. Used to be a stop on my daily commute. Also the staff are not cleaning things around the store. This location has become very dirty.

This Circle-K has the dirtiest drink station ever, I put my finders into the nozzles for snot to come out that is in fact mold from no cleaning being done. The metal cup holder below the nozzle is all dirty. Trash is always full, I really don’t know what they do in an 8hr shift, but it’s definitely not working.

For some reason, these seems to be the dirtiest Circle K I’ve gone to. I go out of my way to go to a cleaner. Circle K could be behind the counter on his phone, sees a mess and does nothing about it.

This store’s system is “always down”. They’ve had that sign in their window 5 times I’ve tried to come. I rarely try anymore because it’s so unreliable.

I was fueling my car today and a guy walks up he asked if I had money on me he said he didn’t have any money for food and he and his mom are living in a van and then he went to the lady in front of me fueling her car he asked the lady the same thing and I told him to stop bothering the lady and her daughter. I saw the guy a month or 2 ago and he said the exact same thing

The price of gas is misleading, posted outside 3.29, but at the pump, it's 3.49. I informed the clerk but he told me he couldn't change it.
