I drive a lot. I used to come to this store regularly. Tonight, no TP nor towels in the restrooms. I just came from the Westwind store, which also had unavailable bathrooms. I am a Circle K fan in part because most El Paso chains NEVER have available restrooms. I will probably keep coming to this one because of the location... probably.

I visited Circle K today and was struck by the ongoing issue of loitering, particularly involving homeless individuals near the entrance. Despite clear signage indicating "No Solicitation" and "No Trespassing," it seems that the management has largely ignored the community's concerns about this persistent problem. In the videos I captured, you can see customers going in and out of the store while a homeless man peacefully naps right outside. While I have nothing against the homeless community, it’s disheartening to witness a corporate chain allowing this situation to persist, as it does not reflect a positive image for the business.
I believe there are better solutions available, such as connecting individuals with local shelters and outreach programs, rather than letting them use storefronts as temporary shelters. It would be beneficial for Circle K to engage more actively with the community to address these issues and foster a safer, more welcoming environment for all customers.

I am writing this review with a sense of deep disappointment regarding my recent experiences at the Circle K location in my neighborhood. Over the past few months, I have observed a troubling situation that needs immediate attention.
It is disheartening to see multiple individuals, seemingly under the influence of substances, passing out in front of the store. Their presence not only creates an uncomfortable environment for customers but also raises concerns about safety and well-being. This situation has persisted throughout the day, making it increasingly difficult for patrons to feel at ease while visiting the gas station.
Moreover, I have noticed an increased police presence in the area; however, it appears that no effective action has been taken to address the loitering and disruptive behavior. I was under the impression that loitering is against the law, yet it seems that this issue is being overlooked.
I urge Circle K to take these matters seriously. Customers should not have to feel uncomfortable or unsafe when simply trying to purchase gas or other necessities. It is crucial for the management to implement measures that ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all patrons. Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue.

I went to purchase a power ball tonight around 8:15pm the employee that was working a female told me that the powerball was at a draw break and couldn't sell me one and didn't give me my play slip with my numbers I chose, very disappointed.

you try to drink a soda from their store about an hour after it gets home and you leave it in the fridge and it explodes all over you two hours later & almost breaks your $1K phone. Idk what theyre doing with their merchandise but it seems very unprofessional.

Excellent as a convenience store: Fast food, self service fuel ⛽ pumps, restrooms, and alike. Fuel-up, fill-up, say hi to morning Joe and you're set for the Day!! Make it a good one!!

On August 29th 7:10pm Selling expired and rotten milk 4 days past the expiration date. It was thick and clumped.They have a terrible supervisor Corina. She refused to except my state issued ID to purchase cigars. After refunding my money for the rotten milk she refuse to sell fresh milk to me. She has a horrible attitude with no manner.
