Today, January 14th, marks my final visit to this place with my Sip n Save card. I've grown weary of the inconsistent quality of their fountain drinks. While I appreciate some of the friendly staff, the fountain experience has been disappointing. Mountain Dew has been unavailable for about a month, and the Dr Pepper is consistently flat. There have been instances where they claimed "No Ice," so I attempted to enjoy my Dr Pepper without ice, but it turned out too flat and warm. Despite bringing my 64oz bottle and adding ice to half of it, a significant amount melted when I filled it up with soda. I've decided to switch to McDonald's instead, as I find their fountain drinks to be of better quality.

UPDATE 1:Look like they had fix the issue some few weeks. I change back to five stars. Thank you for fixed.OLD POST:I’m not trying to put negative because all staffs are so friendly, clean, etc. but what my frustration that soda machine running out or taste flat almost all the times. Also, most time hot dog where I take lunch break, they almost running out. I’m not sure why staffs didn’t check soda machine and hot dog to make sure it re-stock. By the way, I walked to there everyday.

Wouldn’t allow me to purchase alcohol with a Military ID. However I was with a friend and they told her she could purchase hers with her military ID but not now since she was with me.

I have no idea what I did to offend her, she was obviously busy, alone, and very stressed, but Erika at the counter was not only rude but mean to me the moment I stepped up. I told her I hoped her day would get better as I left because I was feeling sorry for her that she was so upset. Her response? "Oh it will get better once you leave." What the hell????? I can't go back there now, it's too uncomfortable knowing I might have to face this mean girl again. :(

I was waiting on line for a fair amount of time. When i finally got to the front of the line the cashier (matthew) told me if i could wait because i was going to cash my scratch off and the other people were buying stuff. I dont know why he told me to wait, i dont see a difference between helping customers. He took care of another 2 customers and still had me waiting so i decided to leave. Might sound funny but first time ever i feel descriminated
