If I could rate less than one star, that is what they would get. Marked pricing is not validated. Manager on staff has no customer service at all. Makes you wonder what qualifications they look for in a person yo be a manager! You are better off going to another Circle K!

Don't go at night. The clerk there Alissa is extremely rude and everything is a bother for her. Very bad attitude for anything.

Very clean place! One of the bigger Circle K's. The guy at the front was very friendly. Always a good morning when you talk to friendly people.

Whilst on my trip to Ohio I stopped by this gas station. The clerk there allowed me into the men's room in which I dilly dallyed around until business was produced. It was until I found my one purpose in this journey, the skibidi, it was glorious as I had to take a flick with it. I love Circle K

Finally realized why Circle K is jumping on the Wally World bandwagon.The employees are too stupid to work a register. They make you use a self checkout that doesn't work and they can't give a fuel receipt.Couldn't use the register and took too idiots to print up one fuel receipt. This is the world today. Stay away from this DA place.

I drive past this place on n my way to work every morning. This morning I was bothered by what happened. I like self check in its but not everyone is tech savvy. There was an old man using it since they do not use the register to checkout anymore. 3 employees sat in a corner just talking we were 6 people in line waiting. The old man called twice for help they ignored him. He had to yell the 3rd time to get help. I had to hold my cool because that was bad customer service. There stories were more important than the customer. The older generation is still adapting to the tech world.

Ivan Hernandez was rude, wasted 1 hr of my time, all because he refused to change cigarette packs. I did not leave the store, well he called the cops saying I threatened him. Worst experience from a circle k and person in my 5 years in El Paso. Any future employers should really examine his personality before a hire.

I've been coming here for years and its one of my favorite circle k locations due to its super convenient location off I 10. But, the issue with this location and really all circle k's is that they change and/or do not update prices regularly. So when you think you're picking up an item for 4.56, it turns out to be 5.76. Or when you get two beers for 5, its always a hit or miss on whether the check out system will even acknowledge the deal. I've been a Circle k customer for most of my life and I stop at one at least 3 times a week and even more when I use to drink every weekend. This is an issue across every location, in every single state TX, NM, CA, AZ, NV WY, CO.... And after so many years its become clear that this is very much intentional. Theres just no way they have no knowledge and haven't fixed it. Why... because prices are always HIGHER never lower. Deals are not applied so price is higher. I've went above and beyond to leave voicemails and emails. Nothing happens. No response. I am surprised no one has grouped a small crowd to file a class action on for this. But after documenting and saving my receipts and going back in the store to take a photo of the advertised price, I think I may have to be the guy to do this. I am merely leaving this review as evidence in regards to showing how this is a known issue on a timeline. We are customers not pawns. Don't rip us off.

Apparently they are only accepting cash right now (July 20, 2022) but there's no notice of this anywhere in the store. Multiple people are walking out due to this. At least put a sign up. I could have not wasted my time and gone to get my drink elsewhere.
