Always mean old ladies in the morning that work the registers like it’s a vintage typewriter. Went through extensive renovations to include self checkout machines which are ALWAYS closed. They’d rather have one slow register open and have a line constantly. It’s time for some change.

Closed when it's supposed to be open often And the note on the door never says when they left or when they will be back. The deals and sales never ring up correctly. Which makes it on you to tell them. It also constantly smells terribly bad.

Me and my friend went in to buy lottery tickets to get cash back, we approached Alesha very friendly and she was EXTREMELY RUDE back for no reason we were being respectful when she accused us of being under the age of 18 and having fake ids. My friend showed multiple form of ids to reassure her and she was again very rude and said that no one would take those to confirm identity (her school id and multiple credit cards). Over all HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do better.

The old lady working there completely ignored me for almost 5 minutes and when she saw me standing there said can't you use the automatic check out and I said no I'm getting scratch tickets and she had the other old lady employee ring it up

What is wrong with people now? There is no more customer service at these stores anymore, doing what they want and making up their own rules, , they are rude, talk back to you as if they were ex state troopers rejects, and taking it out on the world. Just one question, is it the clerks job to remind the customers that we need to make sure we renue our ids a year from now? That is way out of line and just umproffecional, to be personal with the customer. Also, since when are U.S. passports not accepted as a form of ID??? Because according to the rude clerk, only driver licenses, and she made sure to remind me to go get it as soon as possible, all she needed to say was "or else", besides giving racist dirty looks, and not supplying her name, because not even a name tag was on her, the store smelled like drainage, very unorganized, and the other two employees there just talking back making sarcastic remarks defending her. Then I requested a phone number or even an email, for someone in charge, they say NO. There's no one to speak to, only to do a report and they'll let the one in charge know of the situation.

I have probably been to this store before, but not sure. I drive a lot. Of the two restrooms, one was out of order, the other had a line. I found out AFTER I got gas. Then, I went to the nearest one on Mesa, no TP nor towels in the men's room. Maybe Circle K had a change in ownership that I didn't hear about.

It seems like they're finally cracking down on the rudeness there. The two dudes that work at night are awesome but I just found out the rude racist lady is still there for some reason and so I'm giving this place one star. She's horrible!

The reviews hold true to the experience - slow service and check out and the ladies that run store don't really care much or struggle to handle the work flow - Why don't you guys just get one of those self checkout registers so you don't have to deal with the customers yall hate so much anyway?? Seems like a win win??

STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION. YESTERDAY I PUT THIRTY DOLLARS AND THEY CHARGED OVER ONE HUNDRED. BANK TOOK CARE OF IT BUT AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. THIEVES, NO OTHER WORD FOR IT. NEVER GOING BACK!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Circle K Redd Rd is my neighborhood store. I have never had a problem with any staff person. Quite the opposite! They are always kind to me and I often go in the middle of the night.
We can all be a little more understanding.
