Love this store! Norma and her staff are always helpful, friendly and have the best customer service. I stop by everyday for essentials and am always welcomed like family! If I need help with anything or can’t find something Norma is always right there to help. Convenient stores are usually anything but convenient but not at this Circle K.. every experience there is a great one!

This has been a great place to work. Norma is an awesome manager and the team are great. Customers have been also amazing. Looking for a fun place to work, you should come on over and ask for Norma.

Norma Gonzales is absolutely the worst Manager in El Paso. Hasn’t been trained properly and isn’t up to date with Circle K’s policies. Aside from being rude to customers , she is Just incompetent.

No gas station hot dogs, protocol is they should have them rolling I asked and the dude with the un hairneted beared said he starts when he wants, he doesn’t know …… shame, I’ve been to circle ks where they don’t ply around …….. such a shame we should have breakfast going such a sour individual

Rude cashier, the old lady!!! The young gentlemen is so different so nice!!!.... she does not deserve that Job!!!! Customer service is always first, she does not know any at all !!!!

The lady working was rude, i borrowed the restroom from the cashier (gentleman) and when I got out she saw me n looked at me with crazy eyes as if i was doing something wrong. Then she sent the Cashier to clean the restroom n got on the register. As I’m paying a man walks in asking for the restroom as well she says “no it’s out of service”. I don’t think people want to be using public restrooms just to Use them i mean especially with Covid, but when you gotta go you gotta go.
