I came to put gas and I saw an advertisement that said 3 Fiji waters and get 25 cents off gallon if you buy 3 waters. So I did buy them. I noticed while pumping that it didn't give me my 25 cents off. False advertisement. Also qith the Celsius drinks arent not getting their 30 cents off. Law should look into this due not just one person getting ripped off on buying something and not getting what is expected.

This morning at around 10:30am I went to get some coffee from the Circle K at 11096 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79936. I took a large container to fill for my family and myself, which equals exactly the amount of 3 XL coffees. I proceded to fill the container I brought, and threw away the cup I used for filling it. When I went to pay, the young lady rung up 4 XL coffees (there are no “refill” prices) I advised that she is mistaken, since my container got filled with only 3. She rebutted by stating that she is charging me for the 3 XL coffees my container took up plus the cup I threw away. I complied, but told her since she is charging me for the cups, I will go and get them, including the one in the trash. After I filled the rinsed cup, I took the other 3 empty cups she is charging me for (for reiteration, there are NO REFILL PRICES) to the counter with me. That’s when she started to raise her voice at me and told me that I couldn’t take those 3 empty cups. I tried to explain to her that just like she was OK with charging full price for the recycled cup, it is OK for me to take the 3 other cups of coffee that she is charging me for, since there is NO REFILL PRICING. She continued arguing in a booming voice that I couldn’t do that, even though I would be paying for the cups themselves. Since this ridiculous math of hers wasn’t making sense in my head, I simply said, “That’s fine” and proceeded to empty my large container in the coffee disposal. This set her off, because she then threatened me that she doesn’t want to see me in that Circle K ever again since I’m banned “for life” in her terms and if she did, she would call the cops. I walked out of the store empty handed, didn’t steal, didn’t cuss her out, didn’t make a scene. The cameras are there to prove it. I would really much like a follow up on this since I don’t appreciate this harassment. Thank you

I go to circle k after school. Prices are great. Customer service can never be better! Bathrooms could use a little bit cleaning.. But overall, great gas station.

There is a pregnant blonde woman who is always in a bad mood or talking to someone else and does not attend to people, plus she always keeps part of your change when you pay.

They always have rude and unfriendly employees on the night shift. I was just there today at 11:20pm. He threw my change from my groceries at me. If they don't want to work serving people they should stay home.

Assistant Manager “Lori” is rude and takes advantage of little amount of power given to her. Sad to say she seems racist and doesn’t care about customer service. Besides that this store is always my go to.

My husband went to buy the Texas Lottery Mega Millions and asked the cashier for 2 tickets and she never asked if with the QP she just handed with no QP he told her he wanted the QP and she said you never asked with the extra, he told her you didn't ask usually they ask first. So she sold him the 2 tickets with QP. Now he asked her for 3 more which were going to be for my Dad and she said no I can't sell you any more tickets. He asked her why and she said that because of him she was going to have to pay for the 2 tickets with no QP. She was very muddy and didn't had a good attitude, very rude.

It's usually a quick in and out. The cashier's are always pleasant in the evenings when I stop by. The only thing I don't really like about most Circle K's is that their gas pumps are usually really far away from the front entrance compared to other gas stations or convenience stores.

Circle k's unsatisfactory rating is not their fault. People in this neighborhood are judgemental and apparently I have alienated myself. The ice cream prices do not reflect posted prices though.

This spot has east in and out access and is right on Montanna. They have excellent gas prices outside of Sam's, Walmart and COSTCO - but sometimes you may not have enough gas to get to those locations. Circle K is there to get you home!
