Had to move out because there were mice droppings all over my stuff. Staff is never
available. Apparently the place looks spotless but there’s mice in the units.

I used Las Tierras Self Storage in El Paso, TX for more than a year, and my experience was excellent. From the beginning, the service was very friendly. The person who helped me during the rental process answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, and showed me different options. This was very helpful since it was my first time using a storage unit and I wasn’t sure about the dimensions, or which option would be the best for my belongings.
During the entire time I used the unit, access was always smooth and secure. The gate worked perfectly, and the personal access code system gave me peace of mind.
On the last day, when I removed my belongings, I again received very kind assistance. The staff clearly explained the move-out procedure, and all I had to do was leave the unit clean and empty. After that, with just a simple phone call, I was able to notify them that the unit was ready, and my contract was canceled without any issues.
Overall, it was a reliable, safe, and customer-friendly service. I highly recommend it.

I always pass by after work and decided to swing by the office as I'm selling my home. The Manager Mariana showed me the units and provided excellent information to take the right decision , property looks really good and well maintained , move in was easy and really informative

When I stopped by Wednesday to pick a few items up, I realized that I had forgotten our unit number. Thank you Marianna for your patience & assistance. My son & I have used LTSS for years as we find the location central to our activities. The grounds & the units are well maintained & dealing with Marianna Cerdas is a pleasure. Signed up for my storage unit online for same day on Saturday, packed stuff into my vehicle and showed up and my gate code is not working. There is no one manning the phone on the weekend and no one responded to my email, so I wasted a weekend not being able to move my stuff in.
