I was on hold for thirty minutes yesterday because I left some items at the store and got hung up on. I called back and the girl was just laughing. I live pretty far, so it's a lot for me to drive down there and not know if they even have my items. What a headache. Horrible customer service.

Unbelievably slow automotive service, came in at 6:30 for 2 front tires took 5 hours, after I realized they were attending people that came in after me for oil changes, very disappointing!

Some associates lack skills when dealing with customers especially the folks in the returns dept. They treat you like they treat their kids and husband, this is their way at handling issues lacking managerial skills as well as customer service skills. Id try Target instead or another store perhaps the one off Yarbrough, they are much more educated.

They claim to be open 24 hours. I have visited this location between 5am and 7am several times only to see the front door locked with bench seats blocking the entrance and a few shopping carts turned upside down on the side door so that nobody will be able to come in. They should change their sign to "open whenever we feel like it" and stop wasting my time

It's not the worst Walmart in El Paso (transmountain, mesa), but it's just always way too crowded! And you will say 'well, Walmarts are always crowded, stupid,' but no they're not, and don't call me stupid! Whereas most locations experience peak hours on first of the months, weekends and 4pm-7pm on weekdays but this one is always FULL! I think it could be related to the proximity to Juarez, I don't know. Good for business, I suppose, but makes for an awful shopping experience. To their credit, it's surprisingly well kept for that amount of people.
